Le-Retreat,

I will be a visiting practitioner at this new venue on an
annual basis so watch this space for dates. During my
visits to Le-Retreat, I will be offering Alexander
Technique individual lessons, and/or specific group
workshops for Alexander Technique with or without Pose
Method Running over 3 or 4 days. Other therapies available
at the venue are Indian Head Massage, body massage and
facials. There is also a swimming pool and gym with an
infra-red sauna.

Mawdesley,
Ormskirk, Lancashire - Jigsaw
I
regularly visit Jigsaw (Mawdesley Equine and People Trust),
Off Hall Lane, Mawdesley, Ormskirk, Lancs.
The volunteers there have really taken to TTEAM and use it
with the horses at the Centre. We also run Therapy days at
Jigsaw on a regular basis, which showcase the various
equine therapies used there, including TTEAM.
Contact me to find out when I will next be at Jigsaw in
2010 to demonstrate TTEAM work
to work with anyone who wants to learn more about this
amazing and gentle way to work with horses and get the best
from them. Come along and work with the horses at Jigsaw to
help them become more flexible and less tense. The horses
love TTEAM, they just need more people to work with them on
a regular basis!
